Our second-annual, members-only, Partner Competition.The purpose of this event is to provide a fun, supportive atmosphere in which EVERYONE from the gym can compete and test themselves. Each team will tackle 4 tests of fitness, across a broad spectrum of time and modal domains. If you have any injuries that prevent you from squatting below parallel, or extending your arms fully overhead, please let us know, and we will guide you appropriately.
